Chibuku Limited signs a wage collective bargaining agreement

The management  of Chibuku Products Limited and the shopstewards have signed a wage bargaining agreement for 2024. In the agreement the salaries have been increased with the least grade getting 23% and highest grade getting 15%. The company has also increased leave grant by a slightly higher percentage.
