The President of Hotels Union Comrade Kelvin Chifunda and the Regional Organiser for the centre organised a series of meeting in Nkhatabay and Mzuzu week startinf 8th May 2023.In Nkhatabay they met the directors of Njayo Lodge who was very helpful. The director second from right promised to rectify all the issues raised by the union. He said he was in full support of the union  activities.

The president and the regional organiser for the centre were joined in Mzuzu by the regional representative of the north comrade Mtende. They organised meetings at Chatonda lodge and Ilala lodge
