On 13th and 14th July 2024 Hotel Food Processing and Catering Workers Union conducted a workshop for Crossroads shopstewards in Lilongwe. The lead facilitator was Comrade Jessie Chingoma who is the educator at Malawi Congress of Trade. She highlighted the dangers of sexual harassment.
The General Secretary of the union also tackled the labour laws of Malawi.
